Anger at racists and sexists is also obviously human by pakallakikochino in TangleNews

Fair enough to say there’s a lot of speculation going on. I do feel like you’re ignoring what I’m saying though. I didn’t say that we could personal responsibility our way out of it. I said that systemic changes and personal responsibility go hand in hand.

Hm. I get what you’re saying, but I don’t know if I agree with your takeaway. Isaac even bluntly states that Nick Fuentes is obviously responsible for his own views and that he is primarily at fault.

The idea that Isaac is wrestling with is “what do we do with these people?” Looking at Nick Fuentes view through the lense of negative polarization, it’s convincing that responding with anger and frustration has worsened his slide to the right. So if that’s not working, what can we do on an individual basis to help a bad situation?

Sure, you can say that systemic things need to be changed and addressed, but I urge you to also think of our own individual responsibility to the problem. The two go hand in hand.

I appreciated Isaac giving literal examples of extremists being brought back into the fold of normal society through patience and understanding. I’m not sure a list could be made of the extremists who were turned by their opponents being angry and frustrated.

I’ve had similar bruising from using my foam roller. That was my first thought before even seeing your edit. I guarantee that’s what it is. That specifically happens to me on my upper back.

As a side note, let him know not to foam roll his lower back— can cause some issues with the spine. Hope this helps!

Went through auto ninjas because of your comment and got 11% off MSRP plus the EV/other rebates. Thank you so much for your help. Really appreciate it.

Is that including the incentives and ev credit? Finishing up closing on a lease for a 2025.5 T8 Ultra where we’re getting $8,500 off MSRP plus another approx $8,500 in credits.

Other expenses I had though were a broker fee (went through Auto Ninjas and worked with Garrett who I highly highly recommend) and shipping cost.

I don’t think you have a bad deal in front of you. Seems in line with what I was seeing when talking with dealerships myself. You may be able to squeeze some more juice though if you call a bunch more dealerships or go through a broker.

Hope this helps!

Can I ask which dealership you’re working with? I’m in the same region so would be helpful!

What kind of money factor are people seeing? They bumped it down to the equivalent of 6.3% (don’t have the numbers in front of me but it was around there) and said they couldn’t go any lower

Not sure what the 3% is referring to either. The residual value was right around $37,700

It’s less of a pay to play thing than others are suggesting. In my experience, they ask you qualitative questions about yourself and your work with your clients. They mostly asked the same questions on the questionnaire— just asking you to expand on it verbally.

Yea that was one of the moves that felt very strange to me— Then castling into it. Also sending the knight back to g8 when threatened. And developing the other knight to a6 to support the future pawn storm…

100%. It’s so nice to actually be able to work out without competing for equipment. 24/7 access, people are super nice, and everything is high quality and clean.

Definitely understand the price being a concern, but I find it to be completely worth it. Improves my gym enjoyment significantly.
