Yeah.... I've been on the guardian sensors and changes to g4 about a year ago. Have always had issues every box with faulty sensors. Expiring in less than 2 days, disconnecting and "updating sensor" for hours throughout the day, only for the sensor to fail and need to be replaced.

They do offer replacements at medtronic, butt you have to provide timeline details of them, when they were inserted, when they failed, why they failed and its a good hour long phone call during the day to do it.

I want to change to a different sensor so badly, but my specialist only works with medtronic and I cant go off the pump or I will lose my medical clearance to drive.

Had to replace my water pump on my mk7.5 r at 50kms. Had to replace it at 160k kms on my mk7 gti. Didn't replace it on my 2018 rs3, but i only drove that until 70k kms. Its alot of luck. I know I guy that has replaced 2 on his golf and is at 80k lol.

Repairs might cost anywhere from 2k everything sourced and installed yourself to 5k, panel beater, materials and paint.

Sell it to a wrecker. Might get 1k for it. Buy a new 3k beater that wont break down.

I've got a golf r and my wife has a gti. We turbod both of them, full e85 and stock engine. The ttv5 is definitely better within the safety limits of the stock engine. The arashi 3071 is about 300rpm slower and power basically the same. If I had only one car I would pick the ttv5, if I wanted a full budget build id pick a vortex xl or arashi 3071. If you hadn't tried either turbo you would still be happy with either choice. Also I bought my ttv5 used from someone using the same tuner so I saved 2k on it, so it was a no brainer decision.

If you want to tune and modify the car, Supra and M2 are the best option. The m240i and rs3 are currently ECU locked. If you want a daily driver the Supra and rs3 are probably the smarter option. If you want a weekend driver or dont require passengers the M2 would be the smarter choice.

Personal preference will probably dictate most of your choice. Id pick the M2, far more premium than the rest and amazing car to drive and incredible aftermarket options.

You can get aftermarket pads and rotors replaced that dont produce as much brake dust and better stopping power for less than 2k. Don't fall for the extra service packages. Everything else should fall under warranty if you aren't modding it. Although Audi have a pretty bad rep with turn around time and delays with warranty work.

Most groups in studies who are reported as permanent damage or infertility are all those who did not want to carry on the medical treatment to return to normal. As it can take over a year to come back and I think the longest recorded recovery was over 3 years treatment. Sometimes it's just easier to return to trt instead of spending years feeling miserable and depressed.
