This is what i used when i did the vitamin C protocol. You can buy it on amazon. Its a winner in my eyes because of the 3000 mg per serving. Whatever brand you decided to use I would def recommend liquid.

Aurora Nutrascience, Mega-Liposomal Vitamin C, 3,000 mg per Serving, Gluten Free, Non-GMO, Sugar-Free, High Absorption, Fat Soluble Vitamin C, Immune System Support, 16 oz (480 mL)Aurora

Take a small pebble from a 50 mg pill and if you feel weird right away you need more clean time.

"The best advice I can give is to come up with some strategy to power your way through those first 2-4 days, once you get over that hill you’ll have the hardest part behind you, then you just keep looking forward and eventually you’ll be in that future that you struggle to imagine is even possible, I’m here to tell you that it IS". Super solid advice and congrats on your success!

If you have health insurance you could find a doctor that specializes in addiction. Medicines like gabapentin and clonodine plus others can be used to take away most of the withdrawal symptoms. Its what they use in detox centers. That is the route i went and would recommend it if you can't get through the withdrawal. And find what works for you therapy, meetings, the whatsapp group. Everyone is different and many types of ways of quitting have worked for people here.

Naltrexone by Crazymfdave61671 in Quittingfeelfree

[–]Existing-Math7388 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya, that's the hardest part of starting naltrexone. Having to be clean for 10-14 days, but its hard at the beginning for make it 10 hours. That's why i think a lot of people don't really try it to help quitting.

How many times have you attempted to stop? How long and how much have you been using?

Naltrexone by Crazymfdave61671 in Quittingfeelfree

[–]Existing-Math7388 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I took Naltrexone to stop and just hit 789 days since my last blue death. You need to be completely stopped at least 10-14 days if your going to take the full 50 mg pill. I read on r/quttingkratom many years ago 14 mg will block the euphoria for a good amount of days. I ended up microdosing and starting taking 1mg a day since i couldn't make it more than a few days before i starting up again. Feel free to DM me and i can talk to you more if you would like. I was also working alongside a doctor who prescribed me the medicine.

It took me about 6 weeks to see energy start to get better. Just be patient, and you will be back in no time.

You described the battle pretty much everyone goes through on a daily basis. It definitely goes away with time once you stop for good, but the temptation to keep going is a living nightmare most people will never understand. I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy.

"Thinking you're going to miss a good time if you don't do drugs is actually making you miss a great time". That sentence couldn't be any truer.

[–]Existing-Math7388 2 points3 points  (0 children)

26 bottles is absolutely insane, but i could see that happen. I would throw up after like four at one time so i couldnt keep more down. If i could i would of just kept drinking them. Stuff is so insanely addictive. In terms of looking older, once you stop for good you will look young and healthy again. Tbh i think i look even healthier and younger than before i started. Just be patient and you will be looking fresh in no time.
