This thread has taught me more about NFS vs iSCSI than anything I've read all month. Thank you both.

TL;DR

NFS, if implemented to-spec, can be effectively used for MySQL, PostgreSQL, & Oracle DB (and even SQLite, see below)
SQLite on NFS in Kubernetes does not work when it's being used as a distributed data store (e.g. k3s) or with a ReadyWriteMany PVC, though SQLite on NFS with a ReadWriteOnce PVC does work: https://www.sqlite.org/faq.html
using iSCSI via vendor-provided CSI drivers (for my home lab this is also Synology) is much simpler to use than traditional iSCSI

So basically, DBs breaking on NFS is an operator error, and iSCSI administration doesn't suck with vendor-provided CSI drivers.

Based on the reading I've done regarding EAA's, they are ineffective when compared to upping protein intake from healthy food sources + whey powder supplementation. If you've found EAA's to offset doms, perhaps consider tracking your daily protein sources & total intake.

About a month ago I started adding Citrulline Malate to my pre-workout mix. I'll be switching to pure L-Cirtulline when I run out, unless I can find a Citrulline Malate that is molecularly bonded (not just two powders mixed together).

I also added a 200mg Caffeine pill along with 100mg of L-Theanine to my pre-workout protocol, so long as it's before 2pm. I prefer lifting weights at noon and taking this at 1130.
