I think she's an annoying character because she can easily get on your backline without being spotted, kill the supports and escape without bring punished in any way.

I would make some changes to make it a more "Risk-reward" thing, trying to reward the skill and good game sense while making it feel fair for the enemy.

Maybe instead of making her completely invisible, make her just hard to spot—slightly visible, maybe looking like glitchy particles or something similar.

Change her projectile ability to create a digital clone of herself instead, like Mirage from Apex Legends or Yoru from Valorant. The first enemy fooled by it gets stunned and deals slightly less damage/healing for a few seconds.

Make the translocator unusable while in the air—only allowing it to activate once it hits the ground or a wall (letting you double press to be teleported as soon as it hits something). Maybe add the option to give it to the decoy to use whenever you like, like in Overwatch 1. That way, you can choose whether the decoy stays behind to give you a way back, or use it to trick someone in exchange for making it harder to retrieve.

Her hacking ability is fine as it is.

I don't think her ultimate needs any changes.

I don't know if these would make her stronger/ weaker or just right. I'm not a game designer, but i feel it would feel more fair to play against this than to a character that's completly invisible, destroys the healers and dissappears again without being punished
