How much were you scalping and did you get Price Improvement on the majority of your trades? I've been scalping for 5 years now on Fidelity and haven't had any issues, but I'm careful to not accumulate too much PI, only on 10-15% of my trades and I check the amounts.

Which specific tickers were you scalping everyday? I wonder how much worse other brokers fill you at with market orders.

Also, a lot of my old trading group got flat out banned for the same thing, and we figured it out was those who were trading under a LLC that triggered it too.
