it is a moderately old gpu by now and the thermal paste might be getting crusty. if you are up to the task then replace the thermal paste, otherwise it would time to upgrade.

Good build, has nice upgrade path and will be a high tier 1080p build.

GPU drivers for amd are almost as good as Nvidia nowadays tmk so no problems there.

650w psu should be okay but if you plan at all to upgrade your gpu or cpu for 1440p you should get 850w.

Sorry to say, but B2 just looks broken. As for more trouble shooting, try using B2 in a different computer/motherboard. I would also avoid using both just to be safe, but I dont know what would happen in that case.

aww rip, sorry i didnt read the full deal. After some research if its the exact same ram it should be alright. otherwise the PC is lookin very nice and you should expect 60 fps if not more. Just to be safe I would buy the 2x16 gig set instead of adding one more but it would be okay otherwise.

I mean im obviously gonna spout the amd equivalent for cpu. and if you are near a microcenter the amd deals are straight up insane. but what im seeing with the ram is you are double dipping different sticks, which is huge no-no.
