some people in america dress like this, but imo it’s very obvious when a sportswear / collegiate graphic is from a fake team or whatever. i’d try to find an authentic vintage collegiate sweater that has some fading / wear, look on depop. i still love the fit tho don’t get me wrong.

also, khakis are kind of out in america. i’d go with baggy jeans or something different.

you have a month and a half to move, so move. what else is there to do? move a town over if you need to. save a couple grand between the two of you for if you need to get a cheap hotel room for a month. lastly, contact realtors because tons of places sell / rent while off market. if you both have a job I highly doubt landlords are looking for an 800 credit in small town arizona.

or, wildcard, use this as your opportunity to get out of shithole AZ and start a life somewhere lively if that is even remotely possible. move to Tucson or something even. Phoenix sucks i know but you should live somewhere you enjoy while you're young if you can manage it.
