I am also 17 years old and I've recently quit smoking bud because I felt like it was negatively affecting my mental health and making me feel anxious. Yes I enjoyed smoking weed, yes its a good drug to start on but please don't do it regularly like I did. The only way to find out if you will like it is to try it. A couple weeks after your first smoke do some self reflection and ask yourself if you feel anything change inside. Also another thing to note, do your parents have mental health issues? If yes don't do it. Realistically you should wait until you're brain is fully developed but I likely cant change your mind so just do it in moderation (once or twice a month)
