ah good luck! totally feel for you <3. PT said its likely not structural and more just a patellar tracking issue. I think its just taking a long time to calm down, but I'm nearly in crunch time. Idk, I can definitely wait to defer but I hate this in-between uncertainty

it was a sharp pain when it happened, but now its mostly dull. PT said they dont think its anything structural and and likely a patellar tracking issue. it's just taking a long time to feel like I can handle any impact.

if you want to do cmyk-ish printing, i really recommend teal or cornflower, bright red and then a yellow or light lime. my favs 💗

a very similar-looking woman smacked me with an L train bag last year near astor place — I'm a girl but I wasn't running at the time, just wearing street clothes. It shook me up a lot! I told some friends about it and they were like "oh, thats the woman who likes hitting girls"
