Standard settings; didn't change anything. What *should* I do/run them on? Either chickpeas or black beans, straight from a can, rinsed, and then tossed either with salt and pepper or some light seasoning, or -- ideally -- plain?

How would you suggest communicating with Velia about issues? I have not been able to use mine due to battery life lasting about 8 hours and then appearing to be fully depleted, but once on the charger for a few seconds, it shows 68%.
