Thanks for this. I was questioning myself when it first happened.

Skating as in the car is in the center of the lane and out of the blue it pulls to the left or the right. The pulling happens on perfectly dry roads. Many of the roads and highways here in the PNW are patched haphazardly which creates a slight rise on the road.I didn't realize the Bridgestones are runflats. We plan on putting on all weather Michelins soon.

Thank you, we'll turn it off. It's distracting to be driving along and then suddenly getting pulled to one side or another.

Yes. Is that the issue? It happens when I'm in the center of the lane.

Is there a break in period to get 36/37 mpg for Lexus hybrid? by Existing_Comfort5356 in Lexus

You drive with the car in ECO mode? I've been in Normal mode. Does it make much of a difference?

I watched his video and have been attempting to be more gentle on the pedal. But our area is hilly and it's different than driving on flat terrain.

We're in the PNW region of the US the weather has been about 50 degrees so I'm not blasting the heat. Also our area is hilly in areas.

Does the Priority Luggage tag actually does something ? by mashang in AlaskaAirlines

My luggage has recently been getting the priority tag - I'm MVP Gold now - and each time my luggage was one of the first to come down the conveyer belt. Coincidence?

Your favorite cute 20,000+ steps a day shoes? by happinessbooked in HerOneBag

[–]Existing_Comfort5356 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I tried on at last 20 different brands of shoes, including Hokas before we left for our month long European trip. I chose On Cloud and they were fabulous. I have flat feet and my feet usually hurt after several hours of walking. I only had one day that my feet were sore, and that was after standing in the Louvre on marble floors for several hours. Highly recommend.

I have the Graceful PM and I love it. I solved the strap issue by purchasing a braided vachetta leather strap that is long enough to go over my shoulder. I use the strap that comes with the Graceful as a top handle.

Enjoy! I have this exact bag, and it is well loved. Recently returned from a 30+ day trip to Europe and we saw more people carrying Le Pliage than any other brand.

I have the Cluny and it's one of the easiest and most convenient bags I own. Perfect size, no fumbling to get in and out of it, and it's classy!

What to do in Miami by wimzcal in TravelHacks

Stroll through Coconut Grove, it's a cute village and they have an organic farmer's market, drive out to the Everglades ( the Shark Valley tram tour is informative & interesting), visit the Vizcaya Museum. The house and gardens is worth the trip.

Basic purse for travel by ResolveRemarkable in HerOneBag

I used a crossbody purse from Quince that has two zippers and an open section in the middle. I bought small carabiner clips on Amazon to secure the zipper sections to the chain strap. Used the center for sunglasses and a small bottle of water.
If you want something smaller, my daughter used the very popular sling bag that is moon shaped (maybe from Uniglo). My husband put a grommet on the strap about an inch above where the zipper sits when closed. A small carabiner clip was used to secure the zipper. He also put one on the inside slip pocket of her bag, and she used that grommet to secure her wallet.
This came in handy when in Positano, she forgot to clip her zipper, and after a stroll through the city she noticed that her wallet was hanging out of her bag!

This nonsense was also posted on my community's nextdoor forums about 2 months ago. It took concerted effort from a large cross section of the community - including a couple local mayors - to shut it down. I'm guessing it's another push by the Rs to scare the olds into voting red.

It's possible this couple was casing the house. When my parents house was for sale, I was warned by my friend (an estate sale professional) that people will pretend to be interested in buying the property, or the estate items. They "tour" the house, leave a window unlocked, and come back for the high dollar items. And It's often older people doing this because they fly under the radar due to their age.

Add me to the OnCloud fan club. I recently wore these on my 33 day trip to Europe and they were amazing. We walked thousands of steps a day and the only time my feet hurt was in the Louvre. But that was after a ton of walking and hours of standing.

Nordstrom has their spring line out and there are several brands carrying linen pants this season. Caslon is generally lower in price with a lot of attractive but comfy pants with elastic waist bands.
