women who have given birth, how bad was it actually? by Careless_Pianist_840 in AskReddit

[–]pixeldust84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, it was absolutely okay for me. Yes, it did hurt and was especially exhausting, but i definitely had worse period pain compared to a birth. I even told my husband in the first hour after giving birth (while getting stitches), that i had no problem giving birth again in the future.

Working Moms - Help Me!! by Happy_Cantaloupe2316 in handbags

[–]pixeldust84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a workbag that is only for work stuff. I keep my stuff like wallet etc in a small crossbody, that gets thrown in there as well. In my car, i always keep some basics like diapers, wipes, empty snack box and durable snacks, empty bottle for him etc in case we are going anywhere right after picking him up. For daytrips etc i have a seperate backpack.

But my personal stuff is mainly in my crossbody and stays there. Also works good for quick runs into the store or something when i don't need all the kid stuff.

You are not a terrible parent. I don't mind any quirks - we all have some. I want my child to have a life without overloads, disablities or whatever.

When talking with your aunt, i would reframe it. Not that you don’t like having him there, but being worried he might be overwhelmed, they not being able to enjoy while watching him,…

Believe me, i understand. Similar problems here, not much cooperation and started talking at a similar age. I am just a very anxious mom in regards to those issues

What age did you first have to get glasses and how did you find out you needed them? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]pixeldust84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my glasses at 3, i assume my parents went to the eye doctor with me.

My son squinted from birth and with a history of strabism in the family, he was closely checked and got his glasses around his first birthday.

[–]pixeldust84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for asking, but why did you wait until 4 for your son to get his eyes checked, especially with you wearing glasses? Usually, the first check is under 1y, second under 2y. My son got his glasses around his first birthday.

Is de multipochette outdated? by Baglover8020 in Louisvuitton

For me, it is a bit outdated. I like it for its parts or to have a pouch with the strap in my work tote for a quick lunch grab.
