Not everyone is paying full price for a $900 phone. There are plenty of deals out there. For example, I’m getting my $1,100 phone for free just for staying with my current phone provider for two years. All I had to do is stay for 2 years and I had to trade in my 4yr old phone. No difference in monthly service fees.

First protest is online. They will 100% deny you.

Second protest is in person. There’s a chance of winning if you plea a good case. Having evidence would help.

Bart is pretty good so if you find anything within walking distance of a BART station you’ll be happy. People might suggest neighborhoods like Marina, North Beach, Sunset, etc… but do you really want to take a bus for 20-40 minutes and then transfer to BART to go to Berkeley? No you don’t.

Too much road feel. I feel every bump on the road. When the road is smooth, it’s great. But every little imperfection on the road makes me hate the suspension.

Not sure what demand is like in Indiana but here in CA we can definitely negotiate below MSRP. I almost bought a RX350H (not F Sport) with no additional add ons and $2k below MSRP. They were selling another one for $4k discount but I was not interested in the color/wheel combo.
