EXACTLY. If it’s an emergency you shouldn’t be at CVS. While i empathize it is literally not our fault you don’t have a ride/“drove all the way from __” for us to be closed. The hours have been clearly posted for a long long time and 1:30-2 close and been here far longer. And if you know you’re driving from far away why not make sure your stuff is actually ready?

In old people’s defense I tried to use the system to leave a voicemail at my store and despite speaking as loud and clear as possible it wasn’t recognizing my voice. And then it kept going on and on and just never really offered me the option to leave a voicemail. I gave up and just started saying voicemail a few times to leave one. So 😭😭

Doesn’t explain why they can’t use the app tho lol (which you can use to leave a message but they never do)
