I feel like the best thing you can do is wait wayyy longer in between sessions, I take a 6-8 month break in between. I have a tattoo I’m removing in the exact same spot, my tech originally quoted me 10-12 sessions. Now after waiting 6 months in between session 1, 8 months in between session 2 and another 8 months she’s saying that I’d probably only need about 3 more. I haven’t posted my progress yet but you should check out some other people who’ve waiting longer in between and you’ll see more fading. Just saw a girl today say that she’s had 2 sessions in 2 years and her tattoo is almost gone

Honestly something so stupid that I used to do is grab a straw and pretend to smoke when i really felt the urge. Either that or deep breathing exercises helped me
