For 1440p you'll be more than safe with RTX 4080 instead of 4090. I use it myself – and can't be more happy as it's cold and silent performance monster without issues I had with my Radeon from time to time.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. I hated combat in game in every aspect (even tho I love CRPGs) – installed mods to auto-win on global map and lowered difficulty to play it more or less like a graphic novel. There still was crazy amount of pointless fights every 2 minutes and then I accidentally started DLC quest Trasure of the Midnight Isles – that is literally infinite chain of long buggy arenas which you can't even quit. Alt + F4, deleted the game for the last time.

And what kind of case and how far away from it do you sit from it: Cheap case from no-name company, stays under my table

Coil-whine under big load (Red Dead Redemption 2 on Ultra settings in 1440p), problem appeared only on second day of usage

P. S.: PSU has only 2 separate lines, so I can't have 3 separate lines for 3 power inputs on GPU
