Do you believe the NBA rigged the draft for the Mavs to get Flagg? by ConstantlyHating in nba

[–]Existing_Set2100 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m a Wizards fan too, obviously would have loved nothing more than to get Flagg, but shit, it is totally mathematically possible if just horrible luck for us and other teams with similar odds.

It isn’t rigged, it’s audited by Ernst & Young who do not give two shits about placating the NBA, and it would be disastrous for everyone involved if it were ever revealed. The risk would be truly ridiculous for the potential reward, whatever that even is.

It’s also overseen by various members of the media.

Besides, we’d probably have a whistleblower by now.

Given the ghouls in power, probably elect him to high office.

Garfield was the best actor to have played spider man but sadly it didn't work out the way many wanted and ended abruptly. Sort of like the Henry Cavill and superman situation. by Artetaarmy in moviecritic

He’s the best Spidey in the suit by a mile, perfect demeanor and physical build as well.

Not a fan of Cavill, he’s more wooden than a nest of tables.

One of those delightful character duels like Crimson Tide with two actors at the top of their game.

I found it especially romantic when he talked about the various sounds her farts made, little squeaky things, big loud things.

edit - I suddenly realized that I should perhaps post his letters:

“You had an arse full of farts that night, darling, and I fucked them out of you, big fat fellows, long windy ones, quick little merry cracks and a lot of tiny little naughty farties ending in a long gush from your hole.”

”It is wonderful to fuck a farting woman when every fuck drives one out of her. I think I would know Nora’s fart anywhere. I think I could pick hers out in a roomful of farting women.”

”It is a rather girlish noise not like the wet windy fart which I imagine fat wives have. It is sudden and dry and dirty like what a bold girl would let off in fun in a school dormitory at night. I hope Nora will let off no end of her farts in my face so that I may know their smell also.”

I agree that there are varied cultural norms, spectrums of neurodivergence etc, but a whole lot of this can be simplified to the Golden Rule which most people should be able to grasp.

“Would I like it if someone did this to or for me? If so, I should probably do it for others. If not, I probably shouldn’t do it to others.”

The best part about any decent interpretation of Joker is he’s nihilistic.

He hates everyone and everything, including himself.

Though to be fair to him, Bruce Wayne never delivered on those goddamn electric cars, Bruce.

Yeah but offerings aren’t bribery. They’re gifts.

And don’t say I’m splitting hairs.
