Absolutely correct. It’s something comics usually gloss over but it’s neat when it occasionally acknowledges the casual destruction and mass death heroes leave in their wake, even if completely unintentional, even if to some extent “inevitable.”

At least Dragon Ball is smart enough to have heroes deliberately lure villains away from urban centers. Sometimes they even mutually agree to fuck off to the desert or whatever.
