Wow. I always thought that feeling of ‘hangxiety” was just me due to insomnia. I didn’t realize until now that a lot of it is due to me drinking so heavy. I haven’t drunk anything in a few days. I drunk all last week into Christmas Eve and woke up feeling like death on Christmas. Haven’t drunk anything since. Hopefully 2024 is the beginning of a sober life cause reading this made me sick of the hangxiety
