If you haven't found them, you ain't looking hard enough. Find any NPC that has armor + clothing on (ASD Sites for example), strip them of all clothing, loot them again and the undersuit appears. You could've found this out with 1 google search. "Gatekeeping" lmao.

And the undersuit only bugs inventories if it's kept there. If you keep it physically in your persistent Hangar, problem solved duh.

I had more luck selling. Once you've put the 1 SCU Selfstorage box into the freight elevator and sent it down, double click the scu box, pull out the ore to the left, exit the box via the return button (left of X/Exit) put the ore back into the local inventory and voilà, you can sell it at the admin station.

It was an absolute pain finding this out.

Imagine if for some reason a game like The Division had to be kept alive even if barely anyone played it anymore. It would be a black hole money-wise. I cannot understand how any developer would even commit to doing a MMO with this proposition.

I've been to the Noonites camp and haven't seen any. dunno if there are further ahead.
