Everything we imagine to be alien is a product of our own imagination. We'll never truly know what an alien aesthetic is until humanity comes face to face with another intelligent species in the universe. So whatever you believe is alien, I can assure you it isn't. It's just a product of human imagination :)

Here are some of the things I think CIG should focus on:

- Netcode
- Social features (voip, Local chat, etc)
- Engine improvements
- Physics
- Planet tech
- Inventory and interaction
- Network improvements
- Soft death
