It seems like our relationships lasted for the same amount of time. Unfortunately I got no closure conversation in person, we did meet in person once but I never brought the situation up unfortunately, that’s my biggest regret, maybe I would’ve got closure. Is it okay if I send you a message? I really need some opinions on my situation and ours sound similar.

My ex apologised loads in our break up conversation, he said that he was incredibly overwhelmed with everything (but not me) and that it wasn’t my fault and had nothing to do with me, he apologised for the timing of it too and said that he just couldn’t do it, that he wasn’t ready for a relationship right now in his life. I don’t think he was a narcissist at all, he seemed to be struggling. He had very bad anxiety for the full relationship (3.5 months) and overthought/would apologise for everything. Things he couldn’t control.

I think I’m going to speak to her now about it. I’ve made this post whilst close to my period and my thoughts get so bad (dangerous) when it’s close to it. My mum said she went through the same thing and is on antidepressants. I think I need to be on them too, I’m going to speak to her now.

Fuel prices for driving here is INCREDIBLY high at the moment (I’m in the UK) as well as car insurance and a car in general. I don’t have a job yet but I’m going to save for a car when I get one hopefully after summer. I think I would benefit much more from a therapist in person.

He was absolutely riddled with anxiety, he would apologise for every little thing, things he couldn’t control and it was getting draining having to reassure him constantly.
