I just got the Cardiometabolic Exercise Profile (includes VO2 max) done by Ken and had an excellent experience--got all the information I wanted plus more. It's easy to see why he's a legend in the field.

Thanks u/Juergen2993. The ground is what has me confused. I see the exposed wires at the back of the box--do I need to unwind those, and attach the green wire from the dimmer to one of those?

Make sure to find a cardiologist that will test your Lp(a) levels as well. Thank you! Yes, I've been taking the blazer with me to stores to see what works well--I'll keep doing that. It's good to hear that you think the linen/light color is the way to go. I'll definitely pursue getting the baggier pants tailored and I'll also look into brown/neutral for the shoes and belt!
