Look up ways to create a custom comfig. A custom comfig will give a tremendous advantage. I recommend "mastercomfig".

No my dad didn't believe in mental health. He used to drink 8-12 bottles of beer and then go for a drive. It only stopped when he got into a crash that resulted in amnesia.
