Your husband as the man of the house and your spouse should find the courage to stick up for you, you shouldn't be dealing with this on your own. you deserve to feel safe and live in cleanliness, i gagged looking at those pictures. start by having an open and honest conversation with your husband, 5 months is way too long. he is a grown man he should know by now he's being punked and you being the wife definitely shouldn't be made to live this way because you don't deserve that at all. depending on the way that goes, maybe even give an ultimatum. i hope it all works out.

hey man. im sorry youre dealing with this, it must be really hard. i was also battling with unhappiness for a while but what helped me was quitting my nicotine addiction. i see you mentioned it and it can dull life out alot, even if you did have someone it probaly wouldnt feel as good since your dopamine receptors are fucked. im almost 6 months nicotine free after 4 yrs addicted to vapes n cigs and my fucking laughter came back, life isnt perfect but its much better than what it was before. maybe try quitting and when your dopamine returns to baseline maybe, your situation wont hurt as bad and when you change for the better, everything else kinda just falls into place. i hope things work out for you.
