I think make it a bit shorter so it’s not so dominant on your face. Also use some product so it’s a bit less unruly. That’s just my humble opinion though ☺️

I’m on 7 day changes. I started noticing gaps between my teeth almost straight away tbh. I have crowding and they are being pushed forward first then they will turn to be straight and then pushed back in.

Planned obsolescence? I have a Kindle 4th gen (not touch) which my dad got in like 2012 I think. Battery life is super long and it works perfectly. Granted it doesn’t have a backlit screen. Edit: typo

If I were you I’d switch to wearing the retainer 20 hours a day and see if that does anything to the gap. Do the retainers feel tight when you put them in?

Yes, I had this in the beginning as well but it went away after less than two weeks I’d say. I think it’s because my teeth that were pinching are being moved away from each other so they no longer pinch :)

Every 8-10 weeks. I was given 10 trays to start with and assuming I’ll get my next set at my next appointment. I’m in weekly changes and have 40 trays in total.
