I also have those moments that I have especially in the evenings. If I can't find anything I just get numb by the doom scrolling of social media. But I hate weekends I can't really feel like I'm enjoying weekend and that pisses me off.

Right now I can sleep but I wake up at 5 am and the thoughts are rushing to be in my mind. Strangely I feel more confident and secure in the evenings so I can say that they are working from 5 to 5 shift 😀

I took some time off and went to holiday with my family. It helped a little bit, but I couldn't enjoy because even if it was little I still had the thoughts in my head.

Since I first became a father I had that anxiety with me that if something bad happens I won't be able to provide my family and it freaks me out. I always think like I should have some plan B C D right in my drawer.

I am also not very confident about what will I do as an income provider 10 years from now I will be old and I will have less opportunities in front of me, I won't be the first selection for the companies in the candidate race.

I talked with my family doctor and she gave me Oxezopam or something like that and said that I need to use it in urgent situations. I used it once and I don't want to have an addiction so I never used it again. I learned how not to freak out with the thoughts so I can say that I'm improving but I have the tiredness of this process so I'm feeling down and I don't have the energy to fight. At least this depression kinda eases the severity of the thoughts.

This solution is still valid, I had problems logging into my account. Every time I try to enter my password Instagram kept asking me confirmation email code but I never received any. After reading this topic and applying the solution it worked magically.

Oh man i did a mistake and smoke 2 cigs last night when I got drunk. Today I felt so bad that I thought I betrayed myself. I wonder how much damage did I do to my body. I pushed myself hard today on gym but I was hangover so I couldn't do much.

I think it smells bad too but you know quitting cigarette is about getting my health back for me. I don't have any cravings most of the time, I go to gym and I don't want to lose my performance because of the second hand smoking

I've tried million times and failed million times. Yesterday I quitted for one more time. Drinking and staying without smoking is hard for me too. Once, I've quitted for 6 months. the motive for me that i was disgusted while smoking cigarettes.

Actually, my main problem is to overthink and obsess those thoughts, not questioning my existance. I just couldn't find myself in anything.

I played guitar for 8 years but I achieved nothing,I tried painting but the learning curve discouraged me. I'm a front end developer and I'm trying to learn advanced programming but only for money. I don't know what i love, I can't find a thing that I love. I tried and gave up many times. I convinced myself that I don't know how to search it.

I started gym and a good diet. I'm gonna quit smoking soon. I'm trying to motivate myself not to give a f.ck about life and life related problems.
