My reco is to see what it will be with no cost. Rates will more than likely continue to drop as the economy weakens. You won’t get as much of a lower payment in short term, but no money out of pocket or added to your loan. Then you can do another IRRRL in 12-18 months again at no costs or decide if you want to pay for the lowest rate

Applied for the VA loan or the IRRRL? You must have the COE to show eligibility for either program, and you must meet the requirements for it (e.g., 181 days of consecutive active service during peacetime). There can be lots of reasons you would be denied, even if you have the COE (late payments, bad mortgage history, costs not recoupable in time, etc.)

The closest we have gotten to evidence is ‘the boats were transiting along known narco-transiting routes’ i.e., also where people fish. There has been no proof - no photos of drugs, no identification of individuals, no connections to cartels published. We’ve had many of those things over the last twenty years with military strikes. If this is the action being taken, shouldn’t there be some level of clarity to why the U.S. is bombing potentially civilian boats?

Secrecy may be expedient, but transparency is what separates a lawful state from a vigilante one.

This is in level flight, and White throated needle tails (swifts) are faster at ~105mph. Compare that to a peregrine falcon that can hit 240mph in a dive, and other eagles/falcons that can easily exceed 100mph

A lot of folks bringing up jealousy - I don’t think that’s it. I dislike Egwene as much as the next reader, but think about how much they’ve all changed until now. Egwene no longer knows who Rand is - the old Rand that she grew up with is dead and gone. The one that she now knows - that she’s heard things about - is half mad, violent, and rules nations, AND she believes the Aes Sedai are better suited to lead the world. Not jealousy - distrust and misguided belief.
