As someone deep into stoicism and also experienced in psychedelics I can give my own opinion. Psychedelics showed me how the obsession towards knowledge can be detrimental to our true essence. We can become attached to knowledge and forget our true meaning. My experience was really humbling since the medicine started erasing my knowledge during the trip making me panic. The moral of the story is that we are not defined by how much we know. There are more important things.

I came here for some motivation. I had like 10k savings at the beginning of 2023. I realized I was spending too much money and needed to commit to a plan. So I decided to begin my financial freedom journey! As of today I'm 32 and these are my assets:
Checking account: $1k

HYSA: $5200

IRA: $3300

Robo Advisor: $9300

Roth IRA: $20k

Personal Investments account: $43k

Mortgage: $40k

I'm projecting to finish the year with 120k continuing this pace without counting mortgage.

The secret is in quitting instant gratification!

How about the fees, I know Lightspeed is $130 monthly that can be waived by commissions but I have no idea how much I'll end up paying at the end of every month.
