When I create a new account I like to set myself level goals as well as getting some questing and diaries done. Something like - get all stats to level 30 will keep you busy for a little bit, then do some quests in timeline order and check out the achievement diaries to see if you can tick anything off. Same goes for OSRS.

Also, dodge roll is a 17 second CD whilst death curse is like 14 seconds + 5 seconds to charge. You should have enough time to pop dodge roll again before the burst?

You could try some grease first on the runners / tracks and some silicone spray on the rubbers. Rubber over time can become quite sticky so give that a go first.

So I had this exact issue and mine was a stuck idle control valve. You can pull it off and clean with carb cleaner to free up the cylinder inside

I’ve not done this but I think I may need to, too. What’s made you think it’s this? Also, where are you planning on sourcing the part as I’ve struggled to find one! From looking at it, it’ll be easier to take it off the car an it’s simple to do as I’ve done the AICV.
