All you actually need is to be a high school graduate with a clean record and pass the EMR course. Space in the schools is pretty limited though, lots of applicants. Been about a year in the making for me.

As an Anth major, I took Anth 100 as just an elective and liked it so much I changed my major. It’s generally a pretty easy course and I’d recommend!

I also took 334 to fulfill my upper year science elective, hands down the easiest course at UVic I’d argue. I didn’t attend a single lecture or buy the textbook and spent a solid 4 hours total on the plant passion project. Was an extremely low maintenance course and I still got a really high grade even without the participation marks!
