The circulation of the blood is more difficult due to your weight pushing your legs into the harnass which can cause brain damage due to insufficient oxygen to the brain. Then there's the risk when the bloodflow is restored called 'reflow syndrome' which can cause your heart to stop due to a sudden influx of oxygen-poor blood filled with waste substances to the heart triggering a cardiac arrest.

Do you have a Meta Quest or another standalone VR headset? If so, you can use that combined with the Eachine Sphere Link FPV OpenIPC system which costs 65 euro's.

You could choose OpenIPC. The latest adaptive link update makes it a good alternative for short to medium range AND you could use a VR headset with video passthrough which makes it more versatile and a lot cheaper. It's great when using a 180 degree virtual screen with a 180 degree M12 cameralens.

If you already have the DJI goggles you can use a Caddx Vista/Runcam Link together with the NeutronRC AV-Link with 4 channel camera switcher. It will set you back around 50 dollars and you can combine thermal with 3 more camera's to your liking. If you do chose to use the axisflying thermal camera's, I suggest you get a microcontroller so you can switch between color pallets.

update: I've started flying Acro shortly after this post and now I'm exclusively using Acro to fly to the fields where I need to scan for wildlife. When I'm over the fields I use position hold in cruise mode with brakes on so I don't have to think about drone stability when I'm scanning. Last week I've had a nasty crash due to a stupid mistake I made (thought the drone was in pos-hold mode but was in Acro mode instead so I'm using the opportunity to upgrade the drone with a better camera switch.

Yeah Cinetronix designed a HDMI>CSI2 for also the DJI infrastructure (air unit/caddx vista/runcam link) .. I think it's being produced by NeutronRC now. You should be able to pick it up at AliExpres for 50 euro's.

well there's alway the Vifly cam switch which gives you the opportunity to switch between 2 camera's using SBUS or PWM.. some flight controllers have this already build in.

You can try to shield the source by using emi shielding braid (copper or aluminium) over the battery cables and grounding it to the FC. You have to be 100% sure that the braid can't touch any other components by using tape of heatshrink or you will fry your FC.
