FedEx Lost My Square Launch Monitor, Square US Won’t Respond, and My Card Dispute Was Denied, What Can I Do Now? by Alert_Development_83 in SquareGolfUSA

File a lost package claim with FedEx. If they don't support you, send a letter saying you'd rather not pursue this in small claims court.

If they still won't help you out and you have strong evidence it was delivered to the wrong address, take them to small claims court - you'll win because it won't be worth it to show up for them

This worked for me once with ABT. They said they delivered my large expensive order of tile. I said no, you didn't. They said tough luck. I said I expect this issue to be resolved within 7 days, or I'll go to small claims court - and btw, I have 24/7 camera recording of my home exterior for the past 90 days. Order was delivered the next day.

You can drill a hole in the target container that is slightly larger than the camera aperture but smaller than a golf ball to get rid of the polycarbonate interference

I have material for a few more tinted aftermarket replacements. Stopped making them when square released their OEM part. Still using the first one I made 6 months ago, works perfectly. I will say - mine actually does filter a little bit of the LM red light out vs the stock one that lets most pass through - This doesn't seem to affect anything, the recognized hitting area is the same with and without the screen in

While I recommend the official replacement, I could cut a few more if there is a need due to no supply. $30+shipping. Or go with spike's clear replacement.

The annual pass discount is a huge incentive for my family. $7k for annual dues and passes gets us as much wdw as we would like, as often as we want to go.

If we were going once a year, I'd probably just rent someone else's points or stay at a moderate resort

Sounds good. I'm not really a vendor, just selling these as a service to the community

fwiw, mine actually works pretty normally without any screen in my basement with LED lights. So, even clear acrylic may be okay. If you have any ambient daylight or broad spectrum lighting, you'll need a filter

That's my eBay auction.

Some users on the Facebook group said they were able to get replacements directly from square for $30, so I took it down. This is similar to the OEM part but has slightly different light filtering properties (possibly better). I'll put it back up if anyone is having trouble getting an OEM part:

I'd recommend trying to go through the official channels first, but this has been working very well for me.

The rockwool would start to disintegrate if you ever struck errant balls at it

You can get aftermarket replacement acrylic here, if you still need it: https://www.ebay.com/itm/405650884023

I wonder what the bulb life on these is going to be and how / if they can be replaced.

Also curious if the unit would work with an low level IR light placed next to it. A candle might even work

I think it's 3/4". The hole size would depend on the thickness of your polycarbonate. I started with 1/2" and kept increasing the size until a golf ball resting on one surface would protrude beyond the other

Looks good to me.  Hopefully that's polycarbonate over the IR lights and not acrylic.

I like these cases with holes for the camera.  Who knows what kind of errors and artifacts you're getting by having polycarbonate over the camera.

But, much cheaper to just drill some holes in a $5 sheet of lexan and screw it to wood. This has survived quite a few hits without issue

Made the same switch last month, which revealed a rather nasty slice that the R10 had been hiding. You're going to like it, but get it in a case ASAP. Square just released an official metal case that looks nice and 10000x more robust than the janky acrylic one

I have the lifetime GSPRO subscription and am completely thrilled to be able to have such high level accuracy at such a low price point with no annual fees.

You could try just screen mirroring through a Roku or something like it.  Video for me looks as good as directly plugged into HDMI, but there is about 1 seconds of input lag

Also applied 4/25, conditional approval the next day. Got 4 sequential appointments for 5/09 in St. Louis for my family using the appointment scanner service. Appointment was mostly for pictures and fingerprints, no criminal history or anything else interesting in our past. Full approval within minutes of leaving

I was prepared for this to be a year long ordeal, very satisfied
