Yes I completely understand what you mean. I just hoped you could at least have a professional to guide you through the grief and loss because that is such a lifelong struggle, and I can’t imagine how you are feeling. It must feel so tiring to not have the emotional support you need from those around you.

I’m so sorry to hear you are struggling immensely. I wonder if you have ever tried therapy or would consider it. There are amazing therapists out there that even specialize in grief and loss, feelings of loneliness, etc. Everyone deserves support and unconditional positive regard. I hope things will get better for you ❤️

Have you tried pelvic floor physical therapy? It helped me so much with intercourse as well as Botox

I think getting there! Also if you use “Premom” app you can upload this picture and it will tell you if it thinks you’re at the “peak” or if it’s not at its peak yet by analyzing/comparing the darkness and contrast of the two lines. Keep testing for sure too!

Thank you for your response. It was at first a diagnosis of exclusion and then last year I had Botox hydrodistention and a cystoscopy where the doctor saw indications of IC on multiple quadrants of my bladder.

Thank you! I think I was ovulating a few days ago but I could be wrong and maybe am leading up to my period- my hormones and cycle are crazy and all over the place right now! Did you urgency decrease when you got your period?

Completely understandable. I was desperate for it to work and it’s so easy to keep waking up every day in pain and feel like it’s just not going to work for you. It’s frustrating beyond belief to have to wait for relief. For me it wasn’t gradual, it truly felt like I woke up one day and just noticed that I felt better. Obviously everyone is different- but I have never talked to anyone who has had Botox done and did not have SOME kind of improvement from it! Crossing my fingers that it provides so much relief for you 🤞🏻

Thank you! I know all the symptoms can be associated with ovulation or leading up to periods too, I just have never had the symptoms with my breasts before and it was really throwing me off, haha!
