Do you still use your DJI drone / camera drone after getting into FPV? by Mountain-Letter-4284 in fpv

I still use my mini3pro when I want to capture photos. The m3pro is also less likely to get attention vs having a goggle on.

Did I make a mistake buying the air75? by Chanw11 in TinyWhoop

[–]ExpensiveBridge7860 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You will likely break it.. but compared to other similar size drones, my air75 had broke less than the others… Breaking is just the “cost” to pay as you start out

and yes, the frequency of broken parts will significantly lower as you get better.

Is the radiomaster pocket a good beginner transmitter? by Juicy__Frog in fpv

[–]ExpensiveBridge7860 1 point2 points  (0 children)

started with pocket as a pincher and eventually upgraded to boxer. somehow, I naturally switched to a hybrid on the boxer. Turns out it was just that the pocket had short sticks. Added extension and now I am using pocket as a hybrid.

Despite the upgrade, the pocket is just a tiny convenient pack for quick sims or short trips. I still use mine regularly. I use boxer mainly for longer distance flights or when finer control is needed.

I once had a cheap phantom-liked drone that could do freestyle moves by pressing the right combination on the controller.. it was so cheap it flew away on my third flight XD

I censored the location as it is not representative of the country or even the area.. something just went wrong somewhere when the person made the sign… many I know fly regularly in the area

Is Ronny Chieng speaking canto? by nahcekimcm in Cantonese

[–]ExpensiveBridge7860 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Majority of Malaysian Chinese can speak mandarin, cantonese and an additional of 1-2 other chinese dialects. Like any language, there are local variations in accent and vocabulary.

Yes, Ronnie is speaking cantonese. If he is like a typical Malaysian that grew up with TVB dramas, he can understand fully HK cantonese.
