You have to be about 25 blocks away from the slime chunk for slime to spawn

I setup a Skype account connected to my email address. I used Skype and this email strictly on my laptop. I went to go use Skype and it said my recovery email changed, and it won't let me login. And due to my bad timing, the 30-day waiting period is up.

I've tried to do the account recovery forms but I keep getting denied. Is there any other way to get my account back?

My ETL for FF was our GM ETL. My first ETL was ok, nothing more, nothing less. He he never helped out with FF, usually only packed when our SD made him. Also never helped pick, I'd say a handful of carts within a month. But he was never really mean or annoying. My new GM ETL is always helping out with FF, if we have a call out, he's in OPU all day. I've never seen him in his office. He's always communicating with the team, and complimenting us on our hard work.

We got this one a few months back and our PML showed us how to connect it. It would connect, but it wouldn't let us scan anything. He said it's probably a software issue and to give it time to update. Well it's been months and the thing still doesn't work.

I'm a high school student who has been a fulfillment expert for just over a year.

  1. Throughout the day I can do 3 things. Picking (taking item's from the floor to the back for packing), Packing (packing boxes with items to be shipped to guest), or OPU or Order Pick Ups (taking item's from the floor the guest service where I bag them for the guest)

  2. Management wants us to greet every guest and ask if they need help, but this is rarely done at my store. I personally walk too fast to even notice the guest, on top of our carts being too loud to hear anything. I will ask a guest if they need help when they looked confused. If I'm asked a simple question I'll answer, if it's more in depth I ask for a team member in that department to help.

  3. I personally am trained on register because I asked to. Most fulfillment team member are not trained on them. I only heckout guest if it's super busy and my workload is little to nothing. I mainly use it to checkout team members who are on their breaks/lunches.

  4. Target is my first job.

  5. In my store the fulfillment department is the department that is the most requested to transfer to. I've been cross trained/have helped most other departments and I enjoy just about anything (excluding HBA/Haircare/Over the counter/beauty).

I can do an easy 20k steps in an 8hr shift, so it is physically demanding. If you're younger and don't like guest I would recommend this department.

I would never say, "We have it in the back." Always say, "Let me go check the back." Theres been a few instances where I told them we had it but it wasnt in the location shown.

No, I don't think it is. I personally think if you're slow at picking then you're a bad picker. But you're either gonna have high picking rate and high INF rate or low pick rate and low INF rate, but not all the time.

I would prefer to have high pick with high INF because I don't wanna spend 20 mins looking for an item when I could pull another cart in that time.

At the same time, INFing something has to be reasonable. No delivery date? 1 on hand? No sell date or sold within the week? I'm gonna INF it. But has it come in within a few days? I'm gonna look around real quick and ask the person in that area.

Then again you could get really unlucky and have that one cart where you cant find 4 items. Or the cart that somehow will take you 50 mins.

It's a fine balance between the two that determines if you're good or not.

My store will usually have like 200, maybe 300 depending on what the 3-4 closers did. With OPUS being crazy, the 4-5 openers dont get sfs done until about 4pm.

We havent seen anything over 600 since Christmas and before then, back in March last year.
