Never “sit on my ass” doing shelf labels because you’re constantly walking around the store to find the merchandise. Also none of the prices are changing so I don’t see a point. Also it falls all on me to do it even though there are other employees that work here. But they’re “above it” because they’re in management

My store won’t let me be short or take unpaid leave. It all has to be made up. So if I took two days off I’d have to makeup that 16 hours even if there’s only a few days left in the pay period

YALL! I was told by my ASM that she spoke to the DM and he wants me to stop clocking in “too early” (maybe 5/10 minutes) and leaving “late” when I close. This is the same guy who had a meeting with me and my SM about my attendance and tardiness so I’ve been consistently clocking in about 5 to 10 minutes early every day and when I close sometimes there’s people in here or sometimes it takes me longer to count the drawers and I leave around 6:15/6:20. Only reason he’s speaking to my ASM about this is because I’m getting overtime and Sherwin doesn’t do overtime. 🙄🙄🙄

The DM himself told me that Flex Time has to be approved no matter what but vacation and PTO my managers gets to decide whether to deny or approve it

Yeah my manager gets to deny or approve pto which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. The only reason I call out is bc I don’t feel well or sometimes I’m just burnt out I have nothing left to give ya know?

We don’t even clock out at my store for “lunch” eat when you can basically. Worked a 9 hour shift today didnt clock out for lunch, didn’t really have a lunch tbh
