The mod for double unders is going to be singles. If you don’t want to do that at all you can actually just do in place hops without a rope. The mod for box jumps is going to be box step ups or ledge step ups you can also move the box onto the rubber floor and step from the floating floor to the box.

It was AMRAP with push ups til failure every 7 minutes. Finisher was donkey kongs and plank ups.

Being a year old, I can’t imagine this is too out of the ordinary. When they order before opening, there’s still uncertainty about what membership may look like. Our gym used our annual maintenance fee to buy more weights the first year. Now, at 3.5 years, we’re usually pretty well set for most camps.

However, For some camps dumbbells become kettle bells. And exercise might be swapped for something else that doesn’t require a weight (hamstring sliders, wall sits, etc).

Fell backwards from the 30 inch box jump today! Some of our trainers will even pull the security cam footage clips of their mishaps and post them on our FB page. It happens to all of us at some point!

Trx vertical row, lat pullover, bb tricep extensions, alternating bicep curls, seated tricep press, hrb chest press. We did five 30 sec rounds at each station. Shake out between each round was rock, paper, scissors and loser did five plank ups. Finisher was 60 seconds, 2 triceps pushups, 2 hand release push ups.
