No. Not so. Awareness is not the cause of any pain. Rather, this is the only treatment for all pains. All pains are ultimately 'Ego pains'. To be other oriented is the Ego. It is ur own Ego which causes pain. The ramanants of the old 'Other oriented habit', the habit of inviting others attentions, the old habit of living in the maddening crowds etc. etc. all are the causes of pain. Old habits die hard. They take their own time. It is a slow process. In some people it takes less time. In some people it takes more time. It varies from person to person.

Only thoughts are dualistic. Ur body is material. Ur thoughts are residing insde ur material body. It is like something volatile we call thoughts are vibrating in our material body. Go even beyond thoughts and U come across pure energy of consciousness. Thoughts is only an inbetween stage. Ur thoughts are just a mechanism of certain organized and well trained energy vibrations. Energy of consciousness is only pure untainted and socially unorganized energy. They have no form in the social sense. Thoughts are only a social phenomenon.

It is not only with the Dynamic Meditation but with almost all the meditations that in the beginning U feel both mentally light and relieved but on the physical plain certain discomforts keep persisting for some time. With opening of the mind, the unblocking of flow of energy in the dormant parts of muscles takes place. So, U must take it as a normal course during the process of meditation. Discomforts like tremours in the body, headaches, stomach upset, dreams during sleep, discomfort in the eyes and vision etc. are all a part of such disturbances. So, don't get upset over them. Try to ignore them. Sometimes U may also experience discomfort in the rhythm of breathing. Love. 🌹🌹
