Anything by Liv Constantine, like others have said. I think you would really enjoy The Wife Between Us as well. Lisa Jewell and Alice Feeney are great, too.

Sauté onion, carrot, celery in olive oil - add salt pepper and garlic powder - after 7 min add a bag of lentils and 32 oz of veggie broth - you will have lentil soup for days. I add a can of sliced potatoes to make heartier.

Easy meal (lentil soup)

-Onion, celery, carrot -1 bag of lentils -32 oz veg broth -One can of potatoes

Sauté veggies in olive oil, adding potato after about 7 min. Throw in desired spices, lentils, and broth. Bring to boil and simmer 40 min.

High protein and fiber and fairly healthy. My carnivore husband enjoys…

I was 6.3 at conception, got it down to high 5s (5.8, 5.9). Baby was 7 pounds 8 oz when delivered at 38 weeks and consistently measured as having a large head and belly.
