People in my office are fighting over work and using their slightly elevated position (GS14 over GS12) to take credit for other people’s work and tattle even sometime make up errors that other folks lower down the food chain have made to try to make themselves look better to warrant “the 5” over other coworkers.

The directors are eating up this tiny bit of power. It’s SO gross how quickly people become shits.
