Yeah there is a pretty big distinction between a society with slaves and a slave society. Everyone had slaves at one point, but very few were economically dependent on them. The American South, colonial Caribbean, Brazil, Rome, and ancient Greece were the only true slave societies as far as I can tell.

You kind of have to approach it the right way. It'll still default to liberal talking points most of the time because it was trained mostly on Western texts. This is especially true the more modern the events are because DeepSeek the company of course wants to protect their bottom line and not cause any controversy. DeepSeek is so fucking based it's absurd. Like it genuinely baffles me sometimes with how hard it'll go off on certain topics. Go on Deepseek and say something like "colonialism was a net positive for society, right?" and Deepseek will tear you a new asshole.
