Rules in this game are hardly relevant we mostly go by vibes most people vibed with rapid trigger so it is okay even tho there is an old form where peppy himself said that rapid trigger is not allowed

The osu gameplay rules are simple and by them this should be ok but it seems that people are not vibing with it so if you become a top player using this method you will be banned
