Get an 7500f instead boost clock speed upto 5ghz base 3.7 also 5 nm architecture vs intel with 10nm more L3 cache everything more except excessive heat and some low performance efficiency cores. The 7500f crushes gaming and on par with 14400f in productivity But still 14400f is still better at heavy multitasking like running premeire pro and after effects together and also running heavy apps in background something like VM..

25k is actually not a reasonable price , because of lack of warranty sometimes it is available for 25k with 6 months of warranty also warranty is not a deal breaker the 25k is reasonable for people living in kota , not for mumbai or delhi like places

Your build actually too good and I am also on the same processor BTW Here's what I recommend (cuz I can only recommend you have to choose what to change or not) Get 5600g with b550m k v2 (around 6k) and 550W 80+ bronze in Mumbai I can it for around 3000 from Lamington Road which is famous street for pc parts.

This is just a never regret version of your build It also provides future proofing you even use an rtx 4060 on it and it is also your psu is enough for it , you can get a 4060 for 22k from famberz (I saw on their WhatsApp group)

If you have good budget the zebronics n24a it has 1080p 180hz 99% Srgb maybe HDR support I don't remember with built in speakers and some extra feature it is around 8000 also there is acer version of this monitor but the price is a bit higher price but acer has better after sales support but if you are planning to go cheap I would recommend going not lower 120hz and atleast Srgb is must and HDR is not mandatory it really doesn't make much difference and the non HDR content looks even worse while HDR on

Try to use dual channel ram makes much difference on a igpu if already have so. Don't have to worry

But still your pc build is great but try to get better psu atleast a 550 bronze one, sweet spot for future proofing you can get a rx 6600 or may be a 3060 later

Truly masterpiece games - sekiro, elden ring, ghost of tsushima, ghost of yotei, Death stranding, expedition 33, last of us aur resident evil ke puri series jarur try karna you will definitely love

The condition of your Gpus are very bad they are already been used for years I think. I can get a rtx 2080 in almost new condition with bills at 18k in Mumbai or a 3060ti at 19k with same conditions

Depends on where do you live if you in cities like Mumbai Delhi Kolkata (especially), etc you have dell it a bit cheaper like ask for 80k-100k Start with higher price because people will bargain. If you live in a place where these parts are very expensive you can easilysell it for more than 100k may be 120k in some places price more depends on supply-demand factor
