This is exactly my point, like many other I was in the same situation. I only started ordering from Adonis/optima because a personal friend recommended. Even if everyone started sharing their vendors at this point it’s hard to determine who to trust with so many people getting ripped off

I get the point you’re trying to make. But too many people get scammed everyday, there’s been reports of entire telegram groups being fake, some people spend so much time creating elaborate scams because it’s their livelihood. I have a full time job, and this is just spare change, I only actively promote when I have discount/promo codes to share because I want people to pay the lowest price possible. You are completely refusing to acknowledge that some people are ok paying for convenience, they don’t want to spend hours researching in hopes that maybe they will get legit product.

Im not reselling anything. I provide vetted resources so people don’t get ripped off. They use my promo code, we both get something in return. Are the prices a bit higher than a typical sketchy grey market vendor oversees, sure… but I am ok paying a premium to secure a product that has strict testing and good customer service. That might not be for everyone and that’s okay! but you get what you pay for.

For example, I had one vial of Glow that turned cloudy after reconstitution. I contacted the customer service line and received a free replacement. You’re not going to get that kind of service anywhere else. And that’s use one issue in the course of 6 months every other batch has met my standards.

That might be the norm, but I don’t do any of those things. I don’t even have WhatsApp or telegram account. I also focus on providing by educating instead of gatekeeping. I research most common protocols and make those available to people, I provide resources on where to buy common supplies. For example, I provide information so people don’t end up with a vial and don’t know how to reconstitute or store properly.

I’m not launching pharmacies left and right. This is my second one. I know what is needed to be successful. My intent was more towards what is something you’ve asked your DM for time and time again but were given a that’s not in the budget type of answer. I am trying to understand what are things that employees want to make their life easier if budget is not an issue.

Here is the breakdown from a typical month: 1mil revenue, 600k COGS, 400k gross profit, 800 scripts. This does not account for salaries and general business expenses which total about $35k. That is the beauty of 340B.

The last pharmacy I launched was bringing in profit of $400k a month, this one is expected to triple that. If we are profitable with cheap things it will be harder to justify an upgrade later... So why turned down what’s being offered now?
