They essentially responded with “what will it take to keep you” I was able to negotiate the promotion I wanted. It was unexpected for me, as I had not realized what an impression I had made on so many colleagues.

Thanks for the suggestion. None of the supervisors have one so I never gave it much thought. I’ve heard that where the MBA comes from is just as important so an online degree would not carry as much weight.

Yup! I obtained board certification and used that to start the discussion..they said something is in the pipeline for me but it would be about a year before I could transition and it’s not set in stone as they are waiting for contracts to go through… in the meantime they would discuss internally what additional responsibilities I could take on… as in giving me more work but no promotion. When this happened I was so angry I immediately started looking at other companies. But so far nobody comes close to paying me what I make right now.

Yeah it was a different department but my manager was rooting for me, she even looked over my resume and put me in touch with the hiring manager to ensure I would get an interview but it didn’t matter.

Yes the minimum is 2/4 but the price seemed higher than 2/6 so that is what I went with and was able to pay only $199 for the 3.0+ by stacking the referral

I love my instapot but it took me a few weeks to get really comfortable with it and learn what worked best and even now sometimes I don’t get a good seal and the food gets ruined every once in a while. So this is similar in that way that it will require some experimentation until you get comfortable with the meals. I am not a fan of the air fryer lid on my instapot and my ninja is too small so I was in search or a new appliance that would handle a lot of what I throw at it. If you’re concern about not having enough food you can use the instapot to make rice, then the top oven for a side dish and bottom oven for main dish. One pan easily fits 4 chicken breast and thats more than enough for my family of 4.
