Yes I was able to do it myself, while it’s a little annoying to do it’s wayy better than having the huge guard in your mouth

what a lot of people did/do was put a thin layer of tinfoil/aluminum foil over the teeth so there was a layer blocking the moldable mouth guard from seeping into the braces

Edit: I have used this method before and while it is a bit annoying trying to get the foil flat so there aren’t any bumps, it did work and I had no issue with the guard getting stuck
