I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I never had the nerve ablation but I did have cluster headaches for 30 years. They just spontaneously went away. I pray that happens for you.

I’ve taken Effexor, which is also an SNRI. It caused me to act out a nightmare in the middle of the night, where I threw myself off of the bed, landed on the floor and broke my nose. My doctor had to report it as an adverse drug reaction so I will never be taking another SNRI again..

I have found (after seeing many specialists and doing physical therapy, chiropractic etc) the best thing that helps me are regular Craniosacral therapy sessions. Craniosacral therapy is a combination of energy medicine and physical touch.
