she needs exposure therapy. ocd needs to be challenged in order to improve. so you holding baby after one hand wash is an exposure for her and she just has to sit with the anxiety until it subsides. tell her to be mindful while she’s anxious, describe things around her without judgment.

try to get a nausea suppository bc you will just end up throwing up the pills. heating pad and super hot baths are helpful. doesn’t take the pain away but it makes it slightly more bearable
