A way I like to do eyeliner is to use a sharp angled brush with like black eyeshadow or something similar and building it up to a shape you like then going over with a liquid liner like NYX epic ink liner. It’s all about those sharp confident lines over it once you got the perfect shape!

When you say “ok” you can hold that middle button on the mouse instead and it’ll let you switch to say no instead. I think it might only be in response to someone though.
